What is a billing format?
A billing or invoice format is the way we present information on a customer’s bill, and they have several options to choose from.
The default option for all new connections is Summary and will present the plan charges and detailed usage on chargeable calls and data (Detail on chargeable calls/data used only).
The second option is Detailed, and this will display the plan charges including the detailed usage on chargeable and non-chargeable calls and data (Detail on all calls/data used (chargeable and non-chargeable).
The third option is Non-Itemised, which present the plan charge and doesn’t include any chargeable detail on calls and data (No detail on calls/data used).
How to change a billing format in UFE?
Customers can change their billing format within My Vodafone, so, always think digital promotion first.
However, once you are in a contextualised account in UFE you can access the process flow via the smart menu and select “Billing > Invoice Format”.
Select the “Edit” option and you will be presented with the available options.
Once you have selected the applicable option, then select “Confirm” to save your changes.
Log an interaction to wrap and close.
Mobile Account: Mobile Billing > Bill Type > Invoice only
Fixed Account: Fixed Billing > Bill Preference > Information
