The Customer will receive their first bill and it will be the price advised at the point of sale. Previously, we charged a customer on a per day (Pro-Rata) basis from the point of connection. This charge would have been placed on top of the customer’s regular monthly rental fee.
Why did we make this change?
This process was quite confusing for customers and resulted in a knock-on effect during the 12th & 13th months of service.
