SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors is VF-IE’s L.M.S. (Learning Management System) that hosts all digital/eLearning content.
Access will be granted upon starting your VF-IE Induction training and you will be guided through-out the course to complete content.

There are two type of access journeys:
1. VOIS Egypt and Teleperformance will be required to use a VF-IE username and password. (example: 3PIExxx)
2. VOIS India will access content via internal employee G.R.O.W. due to setup process.

It will also host mandatory courses that must be completed once you have successfully passed the induction course.
SuccessFactors can be accessed at any time to re-learn a topic.

VOIS Egypt and TelePerformance:

You can access via this link *VOIS Egypt will need to use the link in the CAAS based browser.

*Please Note: You can use the Edge browser outside of Citrix. 

If you are presented with a company ID option, please enter vodafoneprP

VOIS India:

You can access it via the G.R.O.W. platform.

VOIS India won’t have a username and password.
However, VOIS Egypt, TP and other 3rd party users will receive an email upon start of induction with the details for first time login. *check junk mail too!

Usernames will start with 3PIE and a variation of your email address or short username.
Examples:

• 3PIEROBDFIT
• 3PIEROBERT.FITZSIMONS1
  

Yes, like all systems you may forget your password from time to time.
Set a security PIN or security questions to use the forgot password option.

Your first-time login will prompt you to change your Password.

Then you can Set your security questions or Pin
For Security question.
Select the person Icon > Settings on the top right of the screen.

Set 3 questions and Your Answers, then select Save.
*Security questions are from a set list. If you prefer you can set a PIN instead.

VOIS India users don’t need a username and should contact their local HR/IT team if they have issues.
VOIS Egypt, TP, and other 3rd party users please follow the below:

Open the link and select the question mark “Forgot username” icon in the username field.

Enter your email address and select Email Me.

Open the link and select the question mark “Forgot password” icon in the username field.

Enter your SuccessFactors username and select Reset Password.

This will then take you to the Security Questions section.
Enter your answers and select Submit.

Enter your username and PIN, then select Submit.

Ensure you’re logging in with the correct username, ensure you have no spaces copied and pasted.

Try login using your preset security questions or pin.

Try logging in, in a different browser to see if you can access Successfactors.

Contact the system administrator for a manual password reset (if the above steps fail).

*When contacting system administrator ensure to provide all relevant emails addresses and usernames, resets cannot be provided otherwise.

Password resets only last for 24 hours.

Once logged in, immediately set security questions or Pin (see above) to avoid log in issues in future.

VF-IE 3rd party courses are available to all 3rd party users.
However, we have opened these up for some HR employees by adding a profile to their cost centre number. *Please contact you local L&D department to support with setup.

Once you have successfully logged in within “Learning” page go to “Browse all courses”.
This is where you can search for a course title and self-assign.

Once you have located a course, you can start the course by selecting “Start Course” or expand by selecting more to reveal a “Assign to Me” option.

Once you have successfully logged in within “Learning” page go to “History”.
This is where you can view your completed courses.
The number indicates the number of recently completed.

You can select “Recently Added View All” to see Completed Work.

Or the “Plus” icon to expand.

The below links will allow you to re-learn a process or provide information on a service.

These are broken out for Mandatory eLearning and Re-learning.

VOIS Egypt and TelePerformance must be logged in with your 3PI username and password.
