Yes. If you purchase in-store, you must return your Mobile Broadband to the store within 3 days. If you purchase Mobile Broadband online or over the phone, you must return to your nearest retail store within 14 days.
In both cases you will receive a full refund of modem cost and first month payment if you are within the time and the modem and sim are undamaged. Otherwise, you will be charged for the service.
