- Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and newer
- Apple Watch Series 4 and newer
Your watch must be purchased in Europe. Apple Watch Ultra 2 and newer models can also have been purcahsed in the US.
What mobile plan do I need to have?Â
You must be a Vodafone mobile Bill Pay customer to use OneNumber. ​
The eligible plans are listed below: ​
- Red Lite, Red Unlimited, Red Unlimited Lite, Red Unlimited Max
- Classic SIM Only, Ultra SIM Only
- RED Business Unlimited plans
Which phones work with OneNumber?
Samsung smartwatches: Must be paired with Android phones running version 8.0 or higher, with at least 1.5GB RAM and Google Mobile Services (GMS).
Apple smartwatches: Must be paired with iPhone XR or newer, running iOS 17.5 or higher.
Can I cancel OneNumber?
Yes, you can cancel anytime online or in a Vodafone store. You’ll only pay for the days OneNumber was active that month.
If you cancel a Smartwatch Bundle (Apple Watch only), early termination fees may apply.
