What is OneNumber and how do I get it?
OneNumber lets your smartwatch stay connected even when you leave your phone at home
- How to start: Once you sign up, open your Watch App on your phone. It will guide you to the OneNumber page. Just follow the on-screen steps to finish
- Tip: Make sure you watch has its "Mobile Data" or "Cellular" setting turned on first.
Can I use my own watch and phone?
Most smartwatches and phones work perfectly together. Here is the checklist:
Your smartwatch
- Apple: Series 4 LTE or newer (bought in Europe), Apple Watch Ultra 2 and above (bought in Europe or US)
- Android: Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE or newer (bought in Europe), Google Pixel Watch 3 LTE and above (bought in Europe), Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro LTE and above (bought in Europe).
Your smartphone
- iPhone: You need an iPhone XR or newer with at least iOS 17.5.
- Android: Your phone must be running 8.0 operating system or higher, have at least 1.5GB of memory and have access to Google Mobile Services (GMS). It won't work on Go edition and phones without Google Play Store.

What mobile plans can add OneNumber?
You can add OneNumber if you are a Vodafone Bill Pay customer. This includes plans like:
- Classic, Unlimited and Ultra.
- RED Lite, RED Unlimited, and RED Max.
- Classic SIM Only, and Ultra SIM Only.
- All Business Unlimited plans.
Good to know: If you have a "SIM Only" plan, you just need to be with Vodafone for 6 months before you can get the Apple Watch Bundle.
Is there a special offer or discount for OneNumber?
Yes! There are two offers at the moment;
3 months OneNumber on us
If you are on a Classic, Unlimited, or Ultra phone plan and add OneNumber when you buy your plan, the first 3 months are on us.
If you add it later, you will still get €5 off your first month. After that, it goes back to the normal monthly price.
