New Lifestyle Data Bundle for Irish Youth
Wednesday 1st March 2017: Vodafone Ireland today launched a new tariff specifically designed for generation Y offering a range of benefits that can be selected based on the consumer’s preference. Vodafone X is a lifestyle data bundle designed for the Irish youth offering them the chance to do more by connecting with things that excite them.
As part of the launch, Vodafone are collaborating with artist INSA, the creator of Gif-iti (graffiti made for the internet). As the campaign is targeting an audience who spend much of their time online, INSA has worked with Vodafone to create visuals that will create an extremely engaging experience online. Videos and images will be seeded out through social media from today connecting users with details of the offer based on their specific lifestyle interests including music, sport and weekends.
Ciaran Barrett, Head of Consumer Segment at Vodafone Ireland said, “We are delighted to launch Vodafone X today. The plan has been designed specifically for Ireland’s Youth to offer them more of the experiences that define their formative years and facilitate them to get more from their future. We are supplying them with the essential fuel or data they need and even more of the things they love through exclusive content."
Vodafone X will offer students 200GB of 4G data with Spotify Premium, Sky Sports Mobile TV or Unlimited Weekends among other benefits for €20 top up.
This is Vodafone’s first truly youth segment led campaign in Ireland.
