How do I return my equipment?
Returns are free. You have three options:
1. An Post Returns Portal
- Go to the An Post Returns Portal
- Select Vodafone Broadband & TV Returns
- Enter your reason for return and account details
- Choose drop-off at an An Post office or home collection
- Generate and print your shipping label
2. Vodafone retail store
- Drop your equipment into any Vodafone store.
3. Free post to Fónua (if you can’t use An Post or visit a store)

What do I include and how do I package it?
Include all Vodafone equipment and accessories:
- Vodafone Devices
- Power cables
- Remotes
- HDMI/Ethernet leads
- Wi-Fi extenders
Use the original packaging if possible. If not, pack items securely in a strong box with padding to prevent damage.
How do I get and use my shipping label?
- Go to the An Post Returns Portal
- Select Vodafone Broadband & TV Returns
- Enter your reason for return and account details
- Choose your return option
- Generate and print your label
- Attach the label clearly to the front of your package
Can I track my return and what’s the deadline?
Yes. Keep your receipt when you drop off your parcel and use the tracking number to follow its progress.
Return within 30 days of your service ending to avoid non-return charges.
Customers are recommended to take a photo of the device and serial number upon return for their records.Â
