How can I return Vodafone equipment when I no longer need it?
If you have any Vodafone Home equipment that you are no longer using (modems, set-top-box, etc.), we would like you to please return this to us as detailed agreed in your contract.
There are three options for returning Vodafone Home equipment.
1. Free return through An Post
To start your return, go to An Post’s Return Portal.
Step 1: Enter your return details
- Select “Vodafone Broadband and TV Returns” from the drop-down menu
- Enter your Reason for Return and Order Number (this will be your account number)
- Choose to log in or continue as guest
Step 2: Choose your return method
- Drop off at an An Post location
- Home collection
Step 3: Give your information
- Enter Name, Email, Phone Number, and Business Name (if relevant).
- Enter your Eircode to confirm address (must be in Ireland)
- Click “Complete Order”
2. Return to a Vodafone retail store
You can also return your Vodafone Home equipment to any Vodafone Retail store. Simply drop the old equipment into your local store.
3. Free post directly to Fónua
Under special circumstances, if you are unable to be at home/ work for an An Post home collection or drop off, or go into a Vodafone retail store, you can post your Vodafone equipment using our free returns service to:
