Paying your Vodafone bill

Recurring card payment retirement

If you have received an Email or text message from Vodafone recently you will be aware that we are no longer able to support recurring debit or credit card payments for your monthly invoice payments.

This payment channel will be closed in the coming months and as a result we are asking you to update your payment method to SEPA direct debit where possible.

How do I set up direct debit?

You can quickly and easily set up a SEPA direct debit online via My Vodafone. If you are not already registered for My Vodafone you can set up your account by clicking here and selecting ‘Register’.

  • Mobile customers can update their payment method by clicking here, logging into My Vodafone and selecting ‘Usage & bills’, ‘Manage payment method’, then ‘Apply for direct debit’. Remember to have your BIC and IBAN details to hand to set up your SEPA direct debit online
  • Landline, broadband and TV customers can update their payment method by clicking here and logging into My Vodafone. Remember to have your BIC and IBAN details to hand to set up your SEPA direct debit online

Can I still pay by credit or debit card?

If you wish to continue to pay via credit or debit card each month you will need to make a manual payment monthly once our recurring card payment channel is closed. We’ll notify you once this change comes into effect and your card details have been securely deleted from your Vodafone account.

  • Mobile customers can make a card payment online by clicking here, logging into My Vodafone and selecting ‘Usage & bills’ then ‘Pay my bill’. Remember to have your credit or debit card details to hand to make a payment online. Alternatively, you can make a payment on our automated IVR by calling 1907 and following the menu options to make a payment
  • Landline, broadband and TV customers can make a card payment online by clicking here and logging into My Vodafone. Remember to have your credit or debit card details to hand to make a payment online. Alternatively, you can make a payment on our automated IVR by calling 1907 and following the menu options to make a payment
