Where should I put my 5G router?
How do I set up my Vodafone Mobile Broadband modem?
- Insert the nano SIM into the SIM slot until it clicks into place.
- Plug the modem into a power socket.
- Switch it on.
- Wait for the modem to connect to the network.
- Connect using the Wi Fi name and password on the label underneath the modem.

What do the signal lights on my modem mean?
The signal lights show your connection strength:
- Green: Strong signal
- Yellow: Moderate signal
- Red: Weak signal
For a stronger connection, place the modem near a window and away from large objects or enclosed spaces.

My modem isn't connecting to the internet. What should I do?
Try these steps:
- Check that the modem is switched on.
- Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly.
