Can't login to My Vodafone?
Common issues:
Don't know your username? Your username is usually your mobile number or the email you used when you signed up. If you're not sure what email was used, don't worry - chat with Tobi or call 1907 and we'll help you find it.
Forgot your password? Reset your password - we'll send a security code to your phone or email.
Account locked? If you enter the wrong password 5 times, your account locks for 30 minutes to protect you from fraud.

How do I transfer my account to someone else?
To transfer your account ownership, both you and the new account holder will need to contact us.What you'll need:
- New account holder's details
- New direct debit information (mandatory)
Important to know:
- Unused minutes, texts, and data don't transfer to the new owner
- Some older plans are no longer available - the new owner may need to choose a current plan
- View SIM only plans | View phones with plans

Can I get a copy of my contract?
Yes! The quickest way is through the My Vodafone App.
Just log in and go to My Records under your account. From there, open the Contracts tab and you’ll see your options. Tap the drop-down arrow to find the link and download your contract as a PDF.

How do I cancel my contract?
We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand plans change.
If you’re within the 14-day cooling-off period, chat with Tobi and have these ready:
- Order reference ID (from your confirmation email)
- Or your SIM card number (new connections)
- IMEI (dial *#06# or check packaging)
Returning a phone? We'll arrange a courier to collect it from it. Call 1907 to let our Care team know, and complete this cancellation form.
