Where can I find the bill for my NOW TV membership?

To view your NOW Membership Bill, log into your My Vodafone account or log into the My Vodafone app.

If I watch NOW TV on my Vodafone box, will this come out of my Vodafone bill?

Yes, if you purchased NOW TV through Vodafone, your NOW TV subscription will come out of your Vodafone bill.

How do I activate and use my NOW TV Membership Pass?

  1. Go to the “My Subscriptions” section of “My TV Zone”
  2. Select your NOW membership icon, scan the QR code, or alternatively enter your phone number to receive a link to the NOW TV Welcome page.
  3. Follow the instructions to register or sign in on your existing NOW account.
  4. After completing the instructions, return to the ‘My TV Zone’ to see the activation success.
  5. Launch the NOW app in the apps section of your Vodafone TV PLAY and enter your NOW login information.

What’s the difference between purchasing a NOW membership pass in a Vodafone Broadband & TV bundle and on their own?

Hard-Bundles: We have two hard bundled NOW membership passes that are built into your broadband & TV plan – NOW Entertainment & NOW Sports. 

The bundles allow you to get the NOW membership pass at a reduced price. Hard-bundled NOW membership passes are subject to a 12-month contract period. They are charged to your monthly Vodafone bill.

 

Standalone Passes: We have six NOW standalone membership passes available to customers on any of our Vodafone TV PLAY packages.

A customer can add or remove standalone membership passes at any time. They are charged to your monthly Vodafone bill.

Yes, you can watch NOW TV via the Vodafone TV PLAY box by logging in with your account details.

I already have a NOW subscription, what happens when I purchase a NOW Membership Pass with Vodafone?

Your payment subscription with NOW will cancel, but you can continue to use your current NOW login credentials to access NOW through Vodafone TV PLAY.

How do I add a new NOW TV Membership?

To add further NOW Memberships on top of your bundle:

Step 1:
Go to the Apps menu of your Vodafone TV box, open My TV Zone and select the NOW Membership of your choice, then they'll be added to your Vodafone bill..

Step 2:
Open the NOW app and start streaming straight away.

Note: You'll only be able to add monthly memberships via My TV Zone. Sports and Sports Extra day memberships are not available.

What is my "Purchase PIN"

When purchasing additional memberships in the My TV Zone, you will need to enter a PIN code. This is your Purchase PIN code.

It is the same PIN as the Parental PIN.

The default PIN is 1111.

This setting is On by default but if you want to disable the PIN, go to: Settings > Parental Control > Purchase Pin

What standalone NOW TV passes can I purchase on my set top box?

You can purchase the following standalone Now TV passes on your set top box:

  • NOW Boost
  • NOW Cinema
  • NOW Entertainment
  • NOW Hayu
  • NOW Sport
  • NOW Sport Extra

Where is the NOW Entertainment or Sports bundle that I added to my bill?

If you added a NOW Entertainment or Sports bundle to your bill, make sure you activate your subscription in the My TV Zone and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once activated, sign in on the NOW App and start streaming.

Why can’t I add more NOW memberships in the My TV Zone straight away?

There’s a cool down period of up to five minutes when adding additional NOW passes in the My TV Zone after you activate your first NOW membership.

Once 5 minutes has passed, the additional Memberships should appear in the My TV Zone which are available to add to your bill.

Where do I find Netflix?

Click the “Netflix” button on your remote or go to the “Apps” section of your TV box.

How do I find shows on Netflix?

From the Netflix homepage, you can find a wide range of shows, movies and documentaries, including Netflix recommendations, new releases, trending and popular content, and more.  

Netflix gives you personalised recommendations, so the more you watch, the more accurate your recommendations will become. You can also thumbs up or thumbs down shows or movies once you’ve finished watching to help Netflix learn what you like.

Can I watch Netflix in 4K ULTRA HD?

All Netflix streaming defaults to 4K if your TV can support Ultra HD. The Vodafone TV PLAY box provides 4K ULTRA HD cinema quality picture.

How do I change my Netflix email or password?

Change your email address or password

If you want to update the email address linked to your Netflix account, you can do so online.

Please note: You can only change your account email or password through Netflix's help centre and by signing into your account.

  1. Sign into Netflix.
  2. Hover over your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select Change email or Change password.
  5. Enter your new email/password.

 

Forgotten email address or password

If you don't know your Netflix email address or password:

  1. Go to the Netflix help centre.
  2. Select Get help signing in.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to either reset your email address or reset your password.

 

You can also reset your password directly from the Vodafone TV PLAY box:

  1. Select the Netflix app.
  2. Select Sign in.
  3. Scroll down to Forgot Password?
  4. Confirm the email address, select Next and follow the instructions.

Does Netflix have Audio Description?

Audio Description is available for most Netflix original titles, as well as select other movies and TV shows.

For a full list of titles with AD go to netflix.com/browse/audio-description. Some TV shows might not have AD available for all seasons or episodes.

How do I turn on subtitles on Netflix?

You can see which movies and TV shows offer audio and subtitles in your preferred language by visiting netflix.com/subtitles.
