Where can I find the bill for my NOW TV membership?

If I watch NOW TV on my Vodafone box, will this come out of my Vodafone bill?
How do I activate and use my NOW TV Membership Pass?
- Go to the “My Subscriptions” section of “My TV Zone”
- Select your NOW membership icon, scan the QR code, or alternatively enter your phone number to receive a link to the NOW TV Welcome page.
- Follow the instructions to register or sign in on your existing NOW account.
- After completing the instructions, return to the ‘My TV Zone’ to see the activation success.
- Launch the NOW app in the apps section of your Vodafone TV PLAY and enter your NOW login information.
I already have a NOW TV subscription; can I use watch this on my Vodafone TV PLAY box?
I already have a NOW subscription, what happens when I purchase a NOW Membership Pass with Vodafone?
What is my "Purchase PIN"
When purchasing additional memberships in the My TV Zone, you will need to enter a PIN code. This is your Purchase PIN code.
It is the same PIN as the Parental PIN.
The default PIN is 1111.
This setting is On by default but if you want to disable the PIN, go to: Settings > Parental Control > Purchase Pin
Where is the NOW Entertainment or Sports bundle that I added to my bill?
If you added a NOW Entertainment or Sports bundle to your bill, make sure you activate your subscription in the My TV Zone and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once activated, sign in on the NOW App and start streaming.
Purchasing and managing NOW memberships
Can I add a one‑month NOW membership through my Vodafone TV box?
Direct purchase is still available on NOW’s website/app.
I cancelled my NOW membership after 16 January 2026. Can I add it back?
Your NOW subscription will no longer appear on your Vodafone bill, but you can still watch through the NOW app on your Vodafone TV box.
If I buy NOW directly, will it appear on my Vodafone bill?

Can I use the same email as my Vodafone TV PLAY account when signing up to NOW.ie?
If you already have a NOW account linked to an active Vodafone TV PLAY + NOW (Entertainment/Sport) bundle, you cannot use the same email to create an account on the NOW website.

How do I find shows on Netflix?
From the Netflix homepage, you can find a wide range of shows, movies and documentaries, including Netflix recommendations, new releases, trending and popular content, and more.
Netflix gives you personalised recommendations, so the more you watch, the more accurate your recommendations will become. You can also thumbs up or thumbs down shows or movies once you’ve finished watching to help Netflix learn what you like.

How do I change my Netflix email or password?
Change your email address or password
If you want to update the email address linked to your Netflix account, you can do so online.
Please note: You can only change your account email or password through Netflix's help centre and by signing into your account.
- Sign into Netflix.
- Hover over your profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Account.
- Select Change email or Change password.
- Enter your new email/password.
Forgotten email address or password
If you don't know your Netflix email address or password:
- Go to the Netflix help centre.
- Select Get help signing in.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to either reset your email address or reset your password.
You can also reset your password directly from the Vodafone TV PLAY box:
- Select the Netflix app.
- Select Sign in.
- Scroll down to Forgot Password?
- Confirm the email address, select Next and follow the instructions.
Does Netflix have Audio Description?
Audio Description is available for most Netflix original titles, as well as select other movies and TV shows.
For a full list of titles with AD go to netflix.com/browse/audio-description. Some TV shows might not have AD available for all seasons or episodes.
