Returning your Vodafone TV PLAY Box
Returns are free. You have three options:
1. An Post Returns PortalÂ
- Go to the An Post Returns Portal
- Select Vodafone Broadband & TV Returns
- Enter your reason for return and account details
- Choose drop-off at an An Post office or home collection
- Generate and print your shipping label
2. Vodafone retail store
Drop your equipment into any Vodafone store.
3. Free post to Fónua (if you can’t use An Post or visit a store)
