After ordering your business broadband, you will receive an email with information regarding your new plan, including any add-ons you may have included. The email with also have confirmation of your order, the contract detail, and an installation appointment if one is required.
If you need to change your installation appointment, you can do so by calling 1907. You will be directed to our Order Operations team who will help reschedule your appointment.
An engineer will come to your premises and connect your business.
If no installation is required, we will email you about the delivery of your modem, which includes a step-by-step guide on how to self-install. We will also send an email once your service is ready to use.
