Speed of Internet and RemediesÂ
The estimated maximum download on 3G is 3Mbps, on 4G is 10Mbps and on 5G is 25 Mbps. Your plan may also include a speed tier as listed in the plan details. The estimated maximum upload is 0.5Mbps on 3G, 3Mbps on 4G and 5 Mbps on 5G. Your rights: If, having gone through our assurance process, it is not possible for us to remedy a situation where you are not achieving the speeds that we have communicated then you may select an alternative Service, we may offer a discount or, in certain circumstances, you may choose to cease your Service without penalty.Â
Contract Renewal and Termination
Conditions for renewal and termination: You may terminate this Agreement by giving at least 30 days notice or by completing the Porting process.
Unlocking Device: If you purchase a locked Vodafone device and wish to use the device on another network, you must have topped up your account by at least €127 credit to request the unlock code.Â
