Yes, you can do this by logging in to My Vodafone.
Here's how:
- Log in to My Vodafone
- Click the account icon, then select 'My Records'
- Click the the 'Contracts' tab
- Here you will see your 'Contract' options
- Click on the drop-down arrow and you will see a link to the letter
- Click on the link to download the document in .pdf format

All charges for Bill Pay customers are set out on our Bill Pay Plans page. Each plan sets out the charges that are included in the customers bundle e.g. free Vodafone to Vodafone calls and texts. If you go outside your plan, out of bundle charges apply. These are also set out on our charges page. Out of bundle charges include international calls, local calls, premium rate calls, directory enquiries and mobile data.Â
