In a store: Our retail agents will always be happy to provide you with a paper copy of the General Terms and Conditions of our Mobile Bill Pay services.
Online: If you who purchase Vodafone services via our website, you can receive a confirmation email which contains a link to the General Terms and Conditions of our Mobile Bill Pay services.
Over the Phone: If you sign up to Vodafone services over the phone, you will be directed on the call that the contract terms you are accepting are viewable on Vodafone.ie/terms. You can also receive a confirmation email following their phone order which contains a link to the General Terms and Conditions of our Mobile Bill Pay services.
During the lifetime of the contract
At any time during the lifetime of your contract, you can view your applicable terms and conditions here.Â
