Black Friday Offers

The below terms and conditions relate to the Vodafone Black Friday Promotional Offers, the “Black Friday Offers”, available to Vodafone customers from 09.00 24th November 2017 until 23.59 27th November 2017 (the “Offer Period”).  These terms will apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions under which you enjoy access to Vodafone's Mobile Telecommunications Services. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the below Black Friday Offers at any time and/or to vary or amend any element of the Black Friday Offers at any time without further notice. Vodafone further reserves the right to vary or amend the below terms and conditions for valid commercial, technical or operational reasons. The below Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Vodafone may extend the Offer Period at its sole discretion. By deciding to avail of any of the below Black Friday Offers, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

 

1.          Pay as You Go Offer:

a.           New pay as you go customers can purchase selected handsets (IPhone SE 32GB and IPhone 5S Like New) at a discounted prices as advertised online and in store during the Offer Period.
b.           Customers porting from another network provider to Vodafone Pay as You Go during the Offer Period will receive up to an additional €40 off the price of a handset.

2.          Bill Pay Offer:

New and Upgrading Bill Pay Customers can purchase selected handsets at discounted prices as advertised online and in store during the Offer Period where they enter a 24-month bill pay contract for the following tariffs: Red Connect Essentials, Friends and Family. Red Connect or Red Connect Super. The discount applicable to the handset will vary from tariff to tariff.  

a.          Black Friday Offers apply to certain handsets only and are subject to stock availability
b.           Upgrade Anytime customers cannot avail of the Bill Pay Black Friday Offer. 

Christmas 2017 Offers 

Christmas 2017 Terms & Conditions:

The below terms and conditions relate to the Vodafone Christmas Promotional Offers, the “Christmas Offers”, available to Vodafone customers during the Christmas period 2017. These terms will apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions under which you enjoy access to Vodafone's Mobile Telecommunications Services and form part of your contract with us. Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw any or all of the below Christmas Offers at any time and/or to vary or amend any element of the Christmas Offers at any time without further notice. Vodafone further reserves the right to vary or amend the below terms and conditions for valid commercial, technical or operational reasons. The below Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Vodafone may extend the offer period at its sole discretion. By deciding to avail of any of the below Christmas Offers, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

1. Smartphones from €79.99 Pay as you go offer:

1.       New customers porting their mobile number to the Vodafone Pay as You Go network from another network provider between 20/11/2017 to 04/01/18 can purchase a range of handsets advertised “from €79.99”, subject to stock availability.

2.       This offer excludes customers moving from Vodafone Bill Pay to Vodafone Pay as You Go.

3.       Pay as you go handsets priced over €69.99 are subject to minimum €20 top up at point of purchase when you switch in order to avail of the €40 porting discount.

2. Samsung Galaxy S8/ iPhone SE bill pay offer

1.     Customers entering a 24 month Vodafone RED Connect bill pay contract (at €60 per month) between 20/11/2017 – 04/01/2018 can purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S8 for €99.99, subject to stock availability.

2.     Customers entering a 24 month Vodafone Red Connect Essentials bill pay contract (at €40 per month) between 20/11/2017 – 04/01/2018 can purchase an iPhone SE 32GB for free, subject to stock availability.

3.     This bill pay offer does not apply to Vodafone Upgrade Anytime customers.

3. 3 for 2 on Accessories offer:

1.       Buy three eligible accessories in any of our retail stores from the ‘3 for 2 range’ in a retail store before 04/01/2018 and get the cheapest of the three items for free.

2.       Certain accessories will be excluded from the offer.

3.       This offer is subject to stock and availability. Accessory stocks may differ from store to store.

4.       All three accessories must be returned in order to get an exchange or a refund.

5.       In the case that an accessory is faulty, the customer is entitled to an exchange for the value of that product.

4. Online Accessory Bundles terms and conditions:

             1.       Customers may purchase our “Online Accessory Bundles” online via www.vodafone.ie only.

             2.      Accessory bundles are comprised of several accessories. Accessory bundle contents may vary and are subject to stock availability.

             3.      Purchases made online are subject to our online shop terms and conditions.

              4.     All items from the accessory bundle must be returned in order to get an exchange or refund.

5. Pay as you go Free Rugby Jersey Terms and Conditions Christmas 2017:

1.     Customers can avail of a free rugby jersey with any purchase of the Vodafone V8 with our Pay as You Go service either online or in a Vodafone store.

2.     This offer is subject to stock availability of the handset and jerseys and Vodafone reserves the right at any stage to amend this offer.

3.     With regards to the jersey, the following terms and conditions apply:

          i.        The customer is presented with a voucher and a unique code to redeem an Irish Home Jersey Pro version online.

         ii.        Only one voucher is available and can only be redeemed against one jersey.

        iii.        Loss of, or damage to the voucher is at the customers’ own risk and Vodafone is not liable for these circumstances.

        iv.        The Voucher is not transferable and cannot be traded or exchanged in any way.

         v.        The jersey available as part of this specific offer is only the Irish Home Jersey Pro version for adult Male and child size variations and no other jersey options are available.

        vi.        The customer is requested to enter their unique code on www.vodafone.irishrugby.ie on or before the 31/03/2018  by 12pm .  The customer is requested to choose their required size of the Irish Home Jersey Pro version for delivery direct to their home address.

       vii.         Delivery of jerseys will require 4-5 working days.

       viii.        Orders of Smartphone handsets placed online before 12 pm, will be received by purchasers on their next working day. The customer will then be required to go  to www.vodafone.irishrugby.ie online to and follow the instructions as per above to request their jersey.

         ix.         General terms and conditions of the Canterbury Online Store apply.

          x.         Where a jersey has been ordered and there is a request to change due to size or damaged goods, please follow the instructions as outlined with your delivery and request a return via the Canterbury website.

         xi.         Canterbury, on behalf of Vodafone, will exchange jerseys redeemed as part of this promotion but only in the case of physical damage or size variation and will not provide for refund or exchange of any other items.

 

 

My Easy Pay Offer

  1. The terms and conditions under this heading relate to a promotional offer from My Easy Pay.
  2. My Easy Pay is a mobile payments solution that enables businesses to accept payment using their mobile phone.
  3. My Easy Pay is offering six months free transaction charges on their Premium Package (the “Offer”). Merchant services transaction charges of 1.4% + 0.25c will still apply.
  4. The Offer will be available to eligible  and existing Vodafone Ireland Enterprise customers. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone.
  5. The eligible customers will receive a promotion text message with a personalised link to avail of the Offer. All accounts will be setup using the Stripe platform.
  6. The Offer is available for the first six months only and does not include the Essential and/or Advanced Packages. Upon expiry of the six months, the customer will be notified by My Easy Pay that the six month period has expired and standard Premium charges will apply if the customer wishes to continue to use the services.
  7. The Offer can be used on one occasion only and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods. The Offer is not transferable and must not be traded in any way.
  8. Any additional items purchased at the time will be charged at normal rate.
  9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and they do not entitle customers to any priority service over other customers.

  11. The services are provided directly by My Easy Pay to customers. Vodafone can accept no liability for loss or damage to personal possessions or injuries or other incidents to customers which may occur in connection with the Offer.

PAYG Free Registration Credit

  1. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions under which you enjoy access to Vodafone's Mobile Telecommunications Services and form part of your contract with us. By deciding to avail of the Registration Credit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This offer is valid till 31 December 2018.
  3. Only new PayG customers which haven’t been customers of Vodafone before can avail from this offer when they register their details during the Offer Period.
  4. Customers will get 10 Euro credit as promotion if they register their personal details via Vodafone stores, Vodafone Call Centre, My Vodafone web or My Vodafone app within the first 60 days of them joining the Vodafone PAYG mobile network.
  5. In order to avail this offer, at first customer needs to register their details, finish the registration process and then needs to top up by 20 Euro or more in one go to receive the free credit. 
  6. This offer can be availed only for the first time registration.

The terms and conditions under this heading relate to a three-month free trial plus 20% discount thereafter for OnePageCRM.

1.     The trial is offeris only available to eligible and existing Vodafone Ireland customers who havethat received the Promotiona text message with a personalised link to avail of a free trial. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone.
2.     This voucherThe trial entitles you to three monthscoffees free subscription to OnePageCRM in the Republic of Ireland.
3.     All instructions and descriptions form part of these terms and conditions.
4.     Personalised voucher codesThe trial can only be used on one occasion only.
5.     Please ensure that you redeem the offer before the expiry date that will be mentioned in the text message.
6.     The trial cannot be exchanged for cash or goods, are not transferable and must not be traded in any way.

Bill Pay and Vodafone Home Offer

  1. The following terms and conditions of the Consumer Bill Pay and Vodafone Home offer available from July 3rd 2017 are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions of the Vodafone General mobile and General fixed telecommunications Service Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
  2. This offer comprises of the following: A €5 discount on customers Vodafone Home service bill if they are an existing Consumer Bill-pay customer with Vodafone. This discount will be applied for a period of 12 months from the date they sign up to a new Vodafone Home services package.
  3.  (i) Customers who have a consumer bill pay plan with Vodafone will get an extra €5 off their Vodafone Home plans for 12 months only ( this will include TV plans if they are new customers for both services at same time).

     (ii) A customer can only avail of this fixed discount once per Consumer Bill-pay account.

     For example a customer who has Vodafone home service and three Red connect plans will only qualify for the discount once on the Vodafone Home service account.

     iii) The Consumer Bill-pay account and fixed account must be at the same address / household.

  4. Eligibility: Eligible customers for this product are as follows:  New Vodafone customers are only eligible to avail of this offering. The offering is not available to Vodafone Home customers upgrading their fixed package plans. The offer is not available to Vodafone Home customers re contracting fixed package plans.

    The offer is not available to SOHO mobile customers. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  5. Customers can only avail of this offering in select channels Retail / Accredited Agents and Vodafone call centres and online via my Vodafone .

Birthday Handset Offer

1.     The terms and conditions under this heading relate to the promotional offer run by Vodafone which will be offered to customers in and around their birthday, the “Birthday Handset Offer”. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions under which you enjoy access to Vodafone's Mobile Telecommunications Services and form part of your contract with us. By deciding to avail of the Birthday Handset Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.     Birthday Handset Offer is only available to eligible Vodafone customers as determined by Vodafone who received relevant communication and voucher code.

3.     To qualify for the "Birthday Handset Offer" each customer must:

  • Be an existing Vodafone customer who has completed at least 3 months of an existing Vodafone contract and must have paid three consecutive bills in full.
  • Enter into a new contract with Vodafone for a 24 month minimum term on a price plan of equal or higher value than their current price plan.
  • You must have already provided Vodafone with your Direct Debit details. Please note that all customer applications are subject to status and to a satisfactory credit check.
  • You must have received the relevant communication from Vodafone in relation to the Birthday Handset Offer. You cannot forward this text to another customer
  • Customer must avail of the offer within 7 days of receiving the notification
  • The price of the handset must be greater than €50

4.     The cost of the mobile handset device charged to the customer will vary depending on a specific set of criteria as determined by Vodafone and all of our mobile handset device pricing is subject to change. Mobile handset stock is subject to availability.

5.     To avail of the Birthday Handset Offer customers can go either in store or use the My Vodafone app, depending on the communication received from Vodafone. Each eligible customer will receive either a €50 discount off the cost of the mobile handset where they purchase in retail store or alternatively, where an eligible customer upgrades their phone through the Vodafone App, the customer will receive a €50 credit on their next bill.

6.     The cost of the mobile handset must be paid in advance via cash or debit/credit card. In limited circumstances Vodafone, at its sole discretion, may charge you for this handset via direct debit on your monthly bill.

7.     If the customer breaks their contract within the 24 month minimum term contract period, having availed of Birthday Handset Offer, they will incur a termination charge calculated as their monthly tariff cost multiplied by the number of months remaining on their contract.

8.     Vodafone reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and/or to vary or amend any element of the offer at any time without further notice.

9.     Vodafone reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions for valid commercial, technical or operational reasons.

10.  Only one voucher can be used per customer per transaction.

11.  The Birthday Handset Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

12.  Vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to phones already purchased.

Dunnes Stores Pay As You Go Switching Offer

Offer Ends: 31/12/2017

The following terms and conditions apply to the Dunnes Stores Pay As You Go Switching Offer (the “Offer”). The Offer entitles eligible customers to enjoy the Vodafone Smart Prime 7 for €29.99, Samsung J3 2016 for €79.99 or the Nokia 3 for €49.99 when they switch to Vodafone from another mobile network provider before 31 December 2017.

1.     The Offer is only available to customers switching from another mobile network provider to Vodafone Pay As You Go with a valid voucher and an active sim card before the 31t December 2017. Lyca customers are not eligible for this offer.

2.     Eligibility for the Offer is determined by Vodafone in accordance with these terms and conditions.

3.     Eligible customers will receive a voucher in order to redeem the Offer. This voucher can only be redeemed in a Vodafone retail store and it cannot be redeemed online or via phone.

4.     The Offer is subject to €20 top up at time of purchase.

5.     The Offer is strictly limited to the following handsets: Vodafone Smart Prime 7, Samsung J3 2016 and the Nokia 3 and is subject to stock availability.

  4. Existing customers moving to Red Connect 12 month are migrated on their next Bill Day.
  5. Existing bill pay customers who wish to move to Vodafone RED Connect 12 Month must have their account up to date and have completed their minimum contract term. This includes existing Vodafone RED Connect SIM Only 12 Month customers.
  6. Vodafone RED Connect12 month comes with a minimum contract term of 12 months from the date of connection.
  7. Vodafone RED Connect 12 month customers who wish to cease their contract, port to another operator or migrate to Vodafone pay as you go may do so at any time after the expiry of the 12 month minimum term by giving Vodafone written notice, which will be effective 30 days after Vodafone receives the request. Termination fees will apply where a customer terminates their contract before the expiry of the 12 month minimum term.
  8. After connecting to Vodafone RED Connect 12 month, you may request to be moved to another Vodafone RED 24 month contract plan at any time. You will then be contracted under the new Vodafone Red 24 month contract plan terms and conditions and will be bound by a new 24 month minimum term. Vodafone shall process any such request following the expiry of the current contract period and providing so, will be completed the next billing date.
  9. Existing bill pay customers who have yet to complete their minimum contract term may not change to Vodafone Connect RED 12 month until such a time as their existing contract period has expired.
  10. The Vodafone RED Connect 12 month plan is a 12 month SIM only plan and does not include subsidized handsets for new connections to Vodafone’s network as part of the plan. However, you may avail of any of the bill pay range of handsets at any time. If you move from Vodafone RED 12 month to a Vodafone RED 24 month contract plan you may be entitled to a subsidized handset, depending on the then current terms of the new contract plan.
  11. Spotify Premium and 150 MB data or Sky Sports Mobile TV can be added to RED Connect SIM only plans for €5.99 a month.
  12. The Offer is effective from 1st July 2017 to 31st December 2017.

RED Connect 12 Month SIM Only Offer – Jan 2017

 
  1. The following terms and conditions of the Vodafone RED Connect SIM Only 12 Month are in addition to and form part of the terms and conditions relating to both the Vodafone mobile communications service and in particular, Vodafone RED.
  2. The contents of the Vodafone RED Connect SIM Only 12 Month offer is set out in the table below.

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at www.samsung.com/ie/note8dex/ form part of the Terms and Conditions. 

 

The Promoter 

1. The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 1000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PS (the “Promoter”).

 

Promotion Period 

2. The Promotion will commence at 17:01 (BST) on 23 August 2017 and shall close at 23:59 (BST) on 14 September 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). 

 

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a resident (aged 18+) of or a company registered in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland (“Participant”).   If you are an individual aged 17 years old or younger, an individual 18 years or older must agree to these Terms and Conditions and make the Claim (defined below) as a Participant on your behalf. 

4. Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. 

5. Network providers, retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and is specifically excluded as a Participant. 

 

Offer 

6. Participants who pre-order a new (i.e. not second hand) model of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (the “Promotion Product”) from a Participating Retailer shown in the table below (“Participating Retailer”) (whether the pre-order is made in-store or online) during the Promotion Period and who receive and keep the Promotion Product may claim a Samsung DEX by redemption from the Promoter (the “Reward”).

7. Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product pre-ordered.   The maximum number of Claims per Participant is two hundred and fifty (250), regardless of the number of Promotion Products purchased.

Claims

10. Delivery Timelines

The below timelines will apply for all purchases of the Apple iPhone X for the ‘Pre-Order’ period

1.      The ‘pre-order’ period is from Friday 27th of October until Thursday 2nd of November
2.      Apple iPhone X orders from 9am on Friday 27th  of October and until 1pm on Thursday 2nd of November will be delivered on Friday 3rd of November 2017
3.      Apple iPhone X orders after 1pm on Thursday 2nd of November 2017 will be delivered on Tuesday 7th  of November and will be subject to standard online delivery terms and conditions
4.      Vodafone reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.
5.      We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice
6.      Where there is a supply constraint and your pre ordered device will not be available within the timelines stated above, you will be contacted to advise of the delay. Where possible, we will advise on an alternative delivery date.
