The following terms and conditions apply to the Free National and International Calls and Texts plus 20GB of data promotion for Vodafone Mobile customers in the Republic of Ireland (the “Promotion”). The Offer entitles eligible customers to enjoy Free National and International Calls and Texts plus 20GB of data on Christmas Day 2019.
1. This Promotion is open to eligible Vodafone Bill Pay or Pay as You Go Mobile and Business Mobile customers only. Mobile Broadband customers are not included.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion will not apply to:
a. multimedia messages
b. calls made to premium rate numbers (including international premium rate numbers)
c. calls made to other mobile numbers or landline numbers while you are roaming (both within EU regulated countries and rest of world
d. customers using data while roaming
e. calls to Irish mobile numbers that are roaming outside the EU
9. Vodafone cannot guarantee delivery of all calls or call connection.
10. Vodafone Mobile customers who have free National and International minutes and/or texts remaining as part of their existing top up offer or tariff will retain these minutes if they make a National or an International call or send an International text on the 25th December 2019.
11. This Promotion is subject to the following call limits and fair usage policy:
a. a maximum of 1,000 minutes of calls can be made by each individual customer
b. a maximum number of 1,000 text messages can be sent by each individual number
c. a maximum of 20GB of data can be used by each individual customer on the 25th December 2019

Promotion Period
2. The Promotion will commence at 17:01 (BST) on 23 August 2017 and shall close at 23:59 (BST) on 14 September 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility

Claims
10. To claim, Participants must pre-order a Promotion Product during the Promotion Period then, between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days later, visit www.samsung.com/ie/note8dex/ to complete the online claim form, upload proof of the pre-order of a Promotion Product and provide all other required information (a “Claim”).
11. Claims must be made between thirty (30) – sixty (60) days of the pre-order date of a Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”). For example, if a Promotion Product is pre-ordered on 14 September 2017, a claim must be made between 14 October 2017 and 13 November 2017.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of pre-order counts as day one. Claims received outside the Claim Period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
13. Participants will be sent an email and SMS to confirm that their Claim has been received by the Promoter. Within two (2) days of Claiming Participants will be sent an email and SMS to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).

General
24. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

The terms and conditions under this heading relate to the promotional offer run by Vodafone which will be offered to customers, the “Free European Flight Offer when you switch to Vodafone Pay As You Go or Bill Pay. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions under which you enjoy access to Vodafone's Mobile Telecommunications Services together with Sweete Ltd and form part of your contract with us. By deciding to avail of the Free European Flight Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Free European Flight Offer is only available for customers who switch from another network to Vodafone Pay As You Go or Bill Pay or who switch from Vodafone Pay As You Go to Vodafone Bill Pay between the 1st of May and 30th of June. Delivery Timelines
The below timelines will apply for all purchases of the Samsung S9 and S9+ for the ‘Pre-Order’ period
- The ‘pre-order’ period is from Monday February 26th until Thursday 15th of March

PAYG Download and Get App Campaign terms and conditions:
- Pay as you go customers who download the app between the 19th of February and the 30th of April will receive 20GB of data when they redeem this offer through the My Vodafone App. This 20GB is valid for 28 days.
- Vodafone X customers who download the app between the 19th of February and the 30th of April will receive €20 free credit when they redeem this offer through the My Vodafone App. €20 is valid for 28 days.
- Customers need to download the My Vodafone app, register and then go into the app and click on the banner to redeem.
- Once a customer downloads the app and opens it for the first time, they have 14 days to redeem the offer in the My Vodafone app. After these 14 days’ customers cannot redeem this offer and it will disappear.
- Existing customers can avail of the offer only if they have never used the app in the last 12 months as of the launch date (Feb, 19).If a customer deletes and re-installs the app they will not be able to avail of the offer.

€100 voucher off your next phone
The terms and conditions under this heading relate to the "Loyalty Handset Offer" promotional offer run by Vodafone which will be offered to customers as determined by Vodafone.
- "Loyalty Handset Offer" is only available to eligible Vodafone customers as determined by Vodafone who received relevant communication text (the “Eligibility Text”) and voucher code (the “Voucher”). You cannot forward this text to another customer.
- To receive the Eligibility Text, you must be opted into receiving marketing communications by text message. You must also be an existing Vodafone customer who has completed at least 24 months of an existing Vodafone contract and must have paid all bills in full.
- Please note that if you upgrade or change to a lower price plan after you receive the Eligibility Text but before you receive the Voucher – you will not be eligible to receive the Voucher or avail of the Loyalty Handset offer.

My Easy Pay Offer
- The terms and conditions under this heading relate to a promotional offer from My Easy Pay.
- My Easy Pay is a mobile payments solution that enables businesses to accept payment using their mobile phone.
- My Easy Pay is offering six months free transaction charges on their Premium Package (the “Offer”). Merchant services transaction charges of 1.4% + 0.25c will still apply.
- The Offer will be available to eligible and existing Vodafone Ireland Enterprise customers. Eligibility is determined by Vodafone.
- The eligible customers will receive a promotion text message with a personalised link to avail of the Offer. All accounts will be setup using the Stripe platform.
- The Offer is available for the first six months only and does not include the Essential and/or Advanced Packages. Upon expiry of the six months, the customer will be notified by My Easy Pay that the six month period has expired and standard Premium charges will apply if the customer wishes to continue to use the services.
